How long does the setup take?
We typically say 1-2 working days to have a fully branded portal with your products added ready to order. However, this does depend on the number of bespoke products you require adding and the time it takes to receive relevant information from you.
Can I try a portal before subscribing?
Yes. Our Standard option requires no subscription, and there's no obligation to progress to a paid subscription offering.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes. The subscriptions are flexible, so on a month-by-month basis, you can move to a more appropriate subscription or the free Standard option.
Is it Pro-forma payments or is credit available?
With all of our pricing options, you can pay with secure Stripe pro forma payments. In addition, for Pro and Partner customers, there is a credit option (subject to a credit check) done through GoCardless.
Is this a VAT service?
All paid subscriptions and artwork will be subject to VAT at 20%. In addition, print is sometimes subject to VAT, on a product by product basis. In general, printed items deemed to be literature are not charged, and everything else is (but this is just a guide).
Can more than one person from our business use the same subscription?
Yes. On our Plus, Pro and Partner options, you can have multiple user accounts.
Can I change plans once I've signed up?
Yes. The subscriptions are flexible, so on a month-by-month basis, you can move to a more appropriate subscription or the free Standard option.
What do you need from us to create a personal print portal?
We need your logo (though we can copy this from your website otherwise) and usual contact details to get started. Next, we add your products. If you have a current set of prices, then please send these, and we do our best to price match and often save you money. If you would like other products, you can choose them from our catalogue or request a bespoke product, which we will source and quote for you. For artwork, you can provide us with your existing artwork, or our design team can create new artwork for you. Once we have all this together, we create your personal portal and add all your print products with appropriate specifications so that you can begin ordering.
Are you cheaper than other online printers?
Our price-match promise ensures we will do our very best to save you money on your print procurement. While we may not always be able to match a price for an individual product, our clients typically see an overall saving on products. Still, more so, they see a saving on ordering time and managing their print procurement.
Do you provide advice on print options?
Absolutely! Unlike your average online printer, we provide a consultative service for our clients. Our Sales Consultants will listen to your goals and recommend the most appropriate options for your business. They can also detail the different finish options, suggest strategies for your artwork, and so much more!
