Can I send things from home?
Yes. There is no internal equipment needed. You choose our print option on your computer (or any other device), select your options, and send.
How long does the setup take?
Typically we can have things up and running for you in just a couple of days.
Can I try Hybrid Mail before subscribing?
Yes. Our Standard option requires no subscription, and there's no obligation to progress to a subscription offering.
Can I add litho inserts?
Yes, it is possible to add litho inserts. We have minimum quantities in place. It is best to discuss your requirements with our Sales Consultant.
Can I send 1st class post?
Yes. On the Plus and Pro subscriptions, you have the first-class option. On Pro and Trade, there is also a 1st class mail late option.
By what time do I need to send things?
At 3 pm daily we download your documents to process; therefore, you need to send before 3 pm.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes. The subscriptions are flexible, so on month by month basis you have the option to move to a more appropriate subscription, or to the free Standard option.
How do we pay for our postage?
With all of our pricing options, you can pay with secure top-up pro forma payments. For Pro and Trade customers, there is a credit option (subject to a credit check).
Can I send parcels through Hybrid Mail?
No. Hybrid Mail is specifically for sending mail items only.
How many documents can I send?
As many as you need. If your quantity per send is frequently 1,000+, we may recommend our Direct Mail service instead as that may be cheaper you.
Do you offer a money-back guarantee?
Yes. For subscription customers, we promise this will be simpler, faster and cheaper than traditional post, or we'll double your subscription back.
Is it Pro-forma payments or is credit available?
With all of our pricing options, you can pay with secure top-up pro forma payments. For Pro and Trade customers, there is a credit option (subject to a credit check).
Is this a VAT service?
Yes. All prices quoted will be subject to VAT at 20%.
Can more than one person from our business use the same subscription?
Yes. On our Plus, For and Trade options, you can have multiple user accounts.
Can I change plans once I've signed up?
Yes. The subscriptions are flexible, so on month by month basis you have the option to move to a more appropriate subscription, or to the free Standard option.
How do I know my Mail will be sent?
